Every deal runs on the Trail.
One private timeline for your project — who is on it, what was agreed, what comes next — visible to your stakeholders and no one else. The steps fit the deal; the record works the same. Here is what actually happens at each one.
Introduction
Your part: One conversationYou tell us the project — by the generator, the form, or a call. A partner reads it the same day and answers within one working day: yes, no, or "here is who should do this instead".
Nothing moves and nothing is named until you say so. If we are not the right house, we say it in the first reply.
Verified
Your part: NothingEvery party that will touch the deal is checked at the source — the national enterprise registry for Chinese companies, company houses abroad. Real names, real registrations, real chops, real owners.
You never meet a counterparty we have not verified. If a factory turns out to be a trading office, you hear it from us before you hear from them.
NDA
Your part: One signatureSigned both ways, on the record, before a single name crosses the table. Your plans, volumes and numbers; their capacity, prices and people.
The NDA is the first document on your trail. Everything that follows references it.
The rooms
Your part: Show upThe people who can decide your project, introduced in the order they need to say yes — the district before the landlord, the trademark office before the distributor, the factory owner before the freight forwarder.
We call first, explain the project without your name, and bring you in when the answer is yes. Every meeting is written up the same day.
Execution
Your part: ApproveContracts written to hold in the jurisdiction they will be tested in. Production, inspection and freight; or diligence, approvals and closing — run by the partner whose name is on it, with the whole house behind them.
You approve each milestone. You never chase a status: the trail shows where the deal is, always.
Paid and closed
Your part: ReleaseFunds move on milestones, held and released as each step is met — never before. The trail closes as a permanent record, and very often as the start of a programme.
Our fee is agreed with you before step one and paid by you alone. It is never inside a factory price.
The spine is fixed. The middle changes.
Verification, NDA, the rooms, milestones and closing are on every trail. What sits between them depends on what you brought us.
Factory to delivery
Spec in Chinese → owner quotes → tooling in your name → first article → inspection against your standard → freight and customs → landed.
Trademarks to doors open
Chinese-character marks filed → entity and scope → licences mapped → the right district → contracts, tax, banking → fit-out and staffing → open.
Diligence to transfer
Ownership at source → plants visited → one tier down → regulatory path → deal support through signing → licences, land and people transferred.
Cost map to running
Real landed cost rebuilt → three chains priced with real quotes → transition plan → parallel run → the new chain running on the record.
Seat to signature
Mandate written → partners found and verified → both sides in one room, both languages → structure drafted → signed, with the trail running into year one.
Ten working days
The shortest trail we run: registry → site visit → three owner quotes → tier below → landed cost → written report → report call. US$2,500, refundable.
One record. Everyone who should see it, and no one else.
Every step, every meeting, every document and every payment is written to the trail the day it happens. You, your stakeholders and the partners on your deal see the same thing. Factories, counterparties and anyone not on the deal see nothing.
